PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

From its CCSB hull to the 2100mm reinforced cutter head, every centimeter of the DK650 Cutter Suction Dredger is optimized for non-stop, high-yield production in deep-water terrains.

1. Extreme Deep-Water Reach

The DK650 isn't just large; it’s deep. Featuring an extended ladder design, it achieves a 17.5m maximum dredging depth. Equipped with a 2100mm diameter alloy steel cutter and a 500kW dedicated motor, it can fracture high-density riverbeds and mineral-rich strata that smaller vessels simply cannot touch.

2. Advanced Power Management & Frequency Control

We integrated a 500kW variable frequency starting cabinet and an 800kW Yuchai generator group. This allows for precise control over the hydraulic and electrical systems, ensuring smooth start-ups, reduced mechanical stress, and significantly lower energy consumption during long-cycle operations.

3. High-Velocity 700mm Suction System

Efficiency starts with the intake. The 700mm suction / 650mm discharge pipeline system minimizes friction loss. Driven by the 2014kW Cummins core, the DK650 maintains a steady 70-meter head, allowing for efficient transport of high-concentration mineral sands up to 1000m and soft slurry up to 2000m+.

4. Industrial-Grade Stability & Maneuverability

With an 8.06m breadth and dual 23m length spuds, the DK650 provides a rock-solid platform. The integrated 4m stroke spud carriage system and heavy-duty 200KN winches allow for continuous dredging cycles, maximizing uptime in challenging waterway conditions.

FAQ

A:

Abrasion is the primary challenge in dredging. We combat it through material science and intelligent design. Our dredge pumps are lined with extra-high-chrome (Cr27) alloy, offering 5-8 times the lifespan of standard materials. Cutter heads are fitted with replaceable teeth made from specially forged alloys. Critical pipeline elbows feature wear-resistant ceramic linings. Furthermore, our operational software includes wear monitoring algorithms, advising on optimal pump speeds and mixture densities to minimize component stress and maximize service intervals.

A:

Modern dredging must be environmentally responsible. Dingke vessels incorporate several key features. Eco-friendly Cutter Heads are designed to minimize sediment plume creation, protecting water quality. Precision GPS and DGPS Systems allow for accurate excavation, preventing over-dredging and disturbance of surrounding areas. For projects involving contaminated sediments, we can integrate closed-loop systems and water treatment modules. Our engines comply with the latest IMO Tier II and Tier III emission standards, reducing air pollution.

A:

Absolutely. This is a common requirement for river restoration or inland lake projects. Dingke designs specialized amphibious dredgers and spud-leg CSDs with a minimal draft. These vessels can operate effectively in waters as shallow as 1-2 meters. For confined spaces, we offer compact, modular dredgers that can be disassembled for transport overland and reassembled on-site. Their maneuverability is enhanced with azimuth thrusters or winch systems.
