When projects involve weathered rock or cemented sand, standard equipment fails. Our Heavy Duty Dredger Ships are equipped with DK1500-2100 high-torque cutters. With a 5-blade reinforced alloy design, these cutters provide the essential "breakout force" to fragment hard seafloors into pumpable slurry, maintaining a steady 2400m³/h - 6000m³/h water flow.


Heavy-duty missions often mean working at depth. Our Heavy Duty Dredger Ship achieves maximum dredging depths of 18m to 35m. To maintain stability at these depths, we utilize Φ720mm thickened spuds and a 4m-stroke hydraulic spud carriage, ensuring the vessel remains a rock-solid platform even in mild sea swells or tidal currents.

Thermal Management of Power Chains:

In 24-hour heavy-duty cycles, monitor the auxiliary engine load (330kW-456kW). Our integrated forced-air cooling system ensures hydraulic oil stability even in tropical climates like Nigeria or the Middle East, preserving the life of the T6ED series pumps.
