PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Every centimeter of added draft translates to more cargo and higher revenue for a port, our design team focuses on delivering high-torque, deep-water excavation platforms. From maintaining international turning basins to seaside land reclamation, Dingke dredger's Port Dredger Ship is built to sustain the "Blue Economy" with robust, CCSB-certified marine engineering. We don't just build ships; we ensure the world’s gateway ports stay deep, safe, and operational 24/7.

Modern "Mega-Vessels" require consistent under-keel clearance. The Port Dredger Ship is specifically designed for working in proximity to quay walls. Utilizing integrated PLC-controlled sensors, the vessel can remove accumulated silt from berths with surgical precision at depths of 15m to 25m, ensuring high-tonnage container ships can berth without risk of grounding.

Expanding a port’s footprint requires moving millions of cubic meters of hard coastal material. Our heavy-duty port series handles this by combining 2000kW+ Cummins/Weichai power with high-chrome alloy pumps. This allows the ship to excavate and transport sediment directly to offshore reclamation sites, creating new land for terminals and warehouses in a single, continuous process.

After major storms, port approach channels can be blocked by rapid sandbar formation.  Dingke dredger’s Port Dredger Ships offer a rapid-deployment solution. Being dismountable, they can be shipped via bulk carrier to any international hub and reassembled on-site, restoring vital trade routes in record time.

FAQ

A:

Abrasion is the primary challenge in dredging. We combat it through material science and intelligent design. Our dredge pumps are lined with extra-high-chrome (Cr27) alloy, offering 5-8 times the lifespan of standard materials. Cutter heads are fitted with replaceable teeth made from specially forged alloys. Critical pipeline elbows feature wear-resistant ceramic linings. Furthermore, our operational software includes wear monitoring algorithms, advising on optimal pump speeds and mixture densities to minimize component stress and maximize service intervals.

A:

Modern dredging must be environmentally responsible. Dingke vessels incorporate several key features. Eco-friendly Cutter Heads are designed to minimize sediment plume creation, protecting water quality. Precision GPS and DGPS Systems allow for accurate excavation, preventing over-dredging and disturbance of surrounding areas. For projects involving contaminated sediments, we can integrate closed-loop systems and water treatment modules. Our engines comply with the latest IMO Tier II and Tier III emission standards, reducing air pollution.

A:

Absolutely. This is a common requirement for river restoration or inland lake projects. Dingke designs specialized amphibious dredgers and spud-leg CSDs with a minimal draft. These vessels can operate effectively in waters as shallow as 1-2 meters. For confined spaces, we offer compact, modular dredgers that can be disassembled for transport overland and reassembled on-site. Their maneuverability is enhanced with azimuth thrusters or winch systems.
