When dredging at depths exceeding 20 meters, a standard suction hose can drift or collapse due to current and vacuum pressure. The Steel Ladder Jet Suction Dredger utilizes a rigid, heavy-duty arm that locks the suction intake and jet nozzles in a fixed geometry. This ensures that the high-pressure water jets are always focused on the "Fluidization Zone," maximizing sand recovery rates in deep reservoirs.
Constant jetting creates vibration and reactive thrust. Our Steel Ladder Jet Suction series is built using a "Box-Section" design, which offers higher torsional rigidity than simple pipe frames. This minimizes metal fatigue and prevents structural cracking, ensuring a 20-year service life even in high-abrasion silica sand mining operations.
